Note that versions of Network-I prior to 1.4.0 are standalone packages, which do not require GreyBase.
They do however require a licence file, which you must
download ,
and save as /usr/local/etc/grey/lice.dat.
They used to be issued as time-limited demos, but this licence file turns them into fully featured free downloads, covered by the terms of the
Grey Binary Licence.

networki-linux-1.3.4.tar.gz
... Network-I 1.3.4 for Intel Linux (2.2 kernel)
Note that this is not an RPM, and is installed by simply untarring it in place, and then running its linux-setup script
(see included HTML manual for more info).
It also requires the libXm.so.2 library (provided by the lesstif package). However, only the nifwin executable genuinely needs it, so if not present, the other applications can be made to work by creating libXm.so.2 as a dummy symbolic link to any of the other shared system libs they depend on.
Furthermore, this package is not fully compatible with kernels of version 2.4 or later.
